How can I get refill note pads or pens?

I am having trouble logging in, what should I do?

It may mean that the information we have on file doesn’t match what you have entered. Try one of these options:

 

  • The system is case sensitive, so be sure to enter capital/lowercase letters as you did when you signed up. (Double check your Num Lock key and Caps Lock key on your keyboard.)
  • Many computers have a “remember password” feature. If your computer is pre-filling for you, try manually entering in your username and password.
  • Wellspring has a retail site and a wholesale site. If you are a wholesale customer logging in to buy for your retail store, go to the Wellspring Wholesale Site.
  • Try going out and coming back into the site using the Google Chrome web browser if you are currently using Internet Explorer.
  • Click on the “Forgot Password?” link.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a confirmation from us when you place the order.  Once shipped, your account will show the tracking number (you can request updates for your shipment by entering this number in the USPS website).

Your order history will be saved on your account for easy re-ording and personal reccomendations in the future.

 

How much do you charge for shipping?

$5.95 flat rate for orders totalling less than $50.00. Orders over $50.00 will automatically ship FREE!

 

Where do you ship from?

Beautiful Lancaster, PA (no, not by horse and buggy!)

 

How long will it take to get my order?

We usually ship within 2-3 business days. Our packages are shipped Priority Mail through the US Postal Service and typically take 2 to 3 days in-transit.

 

What do I do if I have a problem with my order?

Oh no!  We want you to be completely happy with your order.  If not,  Contact Us.

 

How do I update my account information?

Why is sales tax charged in Pennsylvania?

Due to state law, we are required to charge sales tax to any shipment sent to a PA address.

Can I ship an order as a gift and enclose a message?
